Livery

Church Farm is situated in the beautiful Marden Valley in Woldingham Surrey. Despite being just within the M25, but outside the emmissions zone, a couple of miles north of junction 6, we enjoy miles and miles of off road riding in woods, through fields with many “circular” routes on offer. We are within an easy walk of Woldingham Railway station, giving access to Victoria in just 40 minutes.

A mixed livery yard, we cater for everything from youngsters to retired horses and ponies, happy hackers to competitive riders. Both livery proprietors compete nationally in their chosen fields, Nick is a member of the “world famous” Boring Goring Team Chase Team and Babs competes her pair of ponies at Horse Driving Trial Events – so both are well qualified to offer practical, sensible advice in the care of your horse or pony. Babs is also a qualified Human Bowen therapist see the www.thebowentechnique.com for details, and is an Equine Bowen Therapist - http://www.equinebowentherapy.com – so can treat both you and your horse’s aches and pains – and assist in keeping you both on top form!

The yard itself offers large airy stables, a floodlit sand school with room to park your lorry/trailer on site. We offer various livery packages, all of which include deep straw beds and ad lib award winning haylage that we make ourselves.

POLO LIVERY

The North Downs offer perfect conditions for out wintering polo ponies. The steep hills mean that the ponies keep them selves relatively fit through the winter and because we are on chalk there is very little mud! We keep the ponies in small manageable groups and they are fed our award winning haylage on an ad lib basis from feeders on chalk pads. Summer grazing for resting polo ponies is also possible. All groups of ponies are checked a minimum of 3 times daily. Please contact us for further details
